For the SUV fans, NaijaCarNews presents to you the fresh and hot 2019 Audi SQ8 TDI from the German automaker, Audi.

This latest SUV from Audi wraps a diesel-hearted powertrain which is the same as the one found the SQ7 TDI but in a complete svelte package. The setup features a 4.0L oil-burner V8 with 2 sequential turbochargers that totally terrifies all roads with a whopping 429hp and 664 lb-ft of torque. That impressive torque value is provided on tap straight-up from a 1,000 rpm all the way to 3,250 rpm. Shifting is handled by an 8-speed Tiptronic and green running at 14mph or less is enabled by an added 48V hybrid system.

The UK auto market will be getting two versions of this new SUV as Vorsprung and standard trims. But in all cases, all of the models/trims will be getting the “S” cosmetic treatment/finishing. This cosmetic touch will include a matte silver type of frame fitted around the vehicle’s grille with matching side mirror housings, skid plate and lower lip. Also, the back of the 2019 Audi SQ8 TDI will have a matte silver type of diffuser and quad pipes as well. The package of the Vorsprung trim, on the other hand, will have black styling.

Highlights of other features in the 2019 Audi SQ8 TDI include;

• Dominant black colour theme with Alcantara, aluminium inlays, and diamond-stitched Valcona leather.
• Sprucing touches like Oak or Carbon grey inlays, anthracite or rock grey cross-stitching, and Arras red or rotor grey trim.
• Aluminium door sills that really appeal to the eyes
• Stainless steel foot pedals with comfy footrest
• MMI navigation provided as standard with the SUV’s centre console featuring 2 beautiful touchscreens.
