Booking GUO transport ticket online or right from the counter is quite easy. Like we explained earlier on, GUO online booking would save you from unnecessary stress of going to their booking offices. Before you make your seat reservation in any of their buses, there are certain things you should know. These are:

  • Your GUO ticket is only valid for 7 days. You can only change your departure date free of charge when you are doing that for the very first time. Subsequent changes will incur a mandatory payment of 2,000.
  • You can only book and travel on the same day if you are willing to pay an additional fee of 1,000. Ideally, you can’t travel on the day you made your reservation.
  • If you are travelling with luggage, you will not be required to make any payment if you are carrying a weight lesser than 10 kilograms. Anything above that will incur additional payment.
  • GUO transport offers foreign trips to Nigerians who are willing to travel to other west African countries such as Benin, Togo, Seme Border and Ghana.
  • GUO Transport offers a discount for those who have embarked on at least 30 round trips. Such people will be offered company’s special discount program, which is usually announced whenever they are qualified for it.
