Aston Martin Residences, the tallest building in Miami, sold penthouses at $50 million

Aston Martin is rightly among the top manufacturers of luxury cars and the company is taking that rank to another level by becoming the owner of the potential tallest building in Miami.

The ongoing construction of Aston Martin skyscraper in Miami, United States, is set to become the tallest building in that location after completion. The structure is slated to be ready by 2022, which will surely have an input of the luxury automaker. The design team at the Aston Martin will pen the amenity spaces all over the building.

According to Marek Reichman, chief creative officer, he said:

“As this is Aston Martin’s first foray into real estate we are especially keen to see the tower start to take shape.

Aston Martin Residences belonging to the company in Miami will also emerge as one of tallest buildings on the east coast of United States. By Christmas, the first eight floors should be completed since the foundation of the 818-foot sixty-six-storey condominium tower was completed on the 30th of June this year.

The building showcases the utmost luxurious lifestyle

Although half of the residences and penthouses have already been sold, still the available luxury spaces will start from $750,000 (~N271.6m) to $50 million (~N18.1b) for the range of 700 to 19,000 square feet in size. It looks like the parking lot for this building will hold the sign ‘Aston Martin Parking Only’.
